The Biotec filter range is an important component in the BIOsys system!

In this regard, we are dealing generally with flow-through filters and multi-chamber filters that filter pollutants out of the pond water not just mechanically, but primarily through biological processes. The colonisation of special microorganisms is a proven method for breaking down harmful substances. Biotec has been scientifically developed and tested, and when properly used in continuous implementation, ensures crystal clear water and optimum biological relationships.

Biotec 5 and Biotec 10 have established themselves for clean and clear ponds. Thousands of enthusiastic pond owners are now enjoying crystal clear water, thanks to BIOTEC and the BIOsys systems!

The filters consist of UV resistant plastic. A pollution level indicator and a temperature indicator are integrated in the lid (not Biotec 30).

The multi-chamber system ensures simple cleaning, which however is no longer required if the filter has been correctly inserted. The microorganisms are responsible for the self-cleaning of the filter material.

The Biotec 30 has been designed for large ponds, and particularly for ponds with koi stock. The Biotec 30 has a sludge drain for the removal of solids. The special filter surfaces enable rapid break-down of large quantities of nutrients. Thus, OASE has again been successful with yet another biological innovation.

The Biotec 30 multi-zone filter has a new type of filter mat with varying thicknesses, in addition to the brush chamber. This accelerates filtration of the coarse pollutant particles and helps the microorganisms in the rear part of the filter to do their work care-fully and effectively.

Biotec 30 has been tested for ponds up to 130,000 litres. Connection with the Bitron 15 to 110 clarifiers and the Aquamax pump range needs no additional parts.

Aquamax ECO 12000 & 16000

The Aquamax range is known worldwide for pumping polluted water into filter systems. The Aquamax range changed the pond pump market for ever, now with the new Aquamax a winning formula has been improved upon. Aquamax pumps were the first filter pumps that would stand the test of time in continuous running over many years. They have significantly better ratings than any other submersible and sump pumps in a direct comparison. Those other submersible pumps with their high power consumption, weak bearings and limited life span (seldom more than 3000 ope- rating hours) are now a thing of the past.

The difference to other pond pumps lies, as before, in the particularly distinctive impeller that can powerfully transport highly polluted water with its three large blades.

UVC clarifying devices BITRON C

OASE has an issue with murky ponds! BITRON C range clarifiers effectively fight algae with intelligent UVC technology. Pathogens and bacteria are safely reduced through the UVC radiation.

All Bitron devices have well-designed bypass technology. This allows individual adjustment of the water flow which is routed over the UVC bulb via the throttle handle. This makes it possible to set the optimal flow rate. Whether swimming pond, garden biotope, or fish and koi pond – Bitron devices are an ideal fit for any pond.

Algae, fish waste, and other pond pollutants can reduce the UVC radiation. The unique and integrated cleaning mechanism of the Bitron C range ensures simple, fast, and permanent cleaning of the UVC light source. This guarantees your customers the sustainable effect of the UVC radiation – for untroubled satisfaction.

Integrated magnets protect the system from dangerous lime deposits. Lime that is in the water can assume a crystalline form under the thermal development of the UVC light. These aggressive lime structures can destroy the bulb or block the rotor in the pump. The permanent magnets of the OASE Bitron clarifier prevent these crystals from forming through magnetic treatment of the water. This protects the pond as well as the filtration system and guarantees the unusually long service life of the OASE components.

All Bitron range UVC clarifiers are equipped with an indicator light or a control window. Thus the function of the UVC bulb can be checked at any time.

The light tubes should be changed after every 10,000 hours of operation, to guarantee the full-strength capacity of the UVC light waves.

PONDOVAC 3 avoids the annoyance of container capacity restrictions, allowing the pond to be vacuumed constantly.

1. THE TRICK:
   THE TWO-CHAMBER SYSTEM Two identically sized cylinders are filled and emptied in alternating cycles. If one container is full then a valve is mechanically activated by a float. This triggers emptying of one and at the same time allows the other cylinder to be filled. This is how both vacuuming and emptying of the container can occur at the same time!

Skimmer - IP 350

This new surface skimmer has a number of convincing arguments.

Through a two-part telescopic tube it is infinitely height adjustable.

In addition the float automatically bridges water level differentials up to 160 mm, which can easily occur due to rainfall or strong evaporation.

The height of the IP 350 can be adjusted simply, and the adjustment does not require tools. The lower part of the tube has a telescopic nut for convenient adjustment. Even adapting to low water levels is possible.

A smaller tube diameter means less air content and thus prevents the surface skimmer from floating.
